Accounting Assistant – Full-time – Los Angeles office

We seek an Accounting Assistant in our Los Angeles offices to begin in May 2012. The successful applicant will work closely with our Accounts Manager and the Destination Managers. Responsibilities include: Accounts Receivables, Billing, Data Entry, General Clerical Duties.

Candidate must have:

  • Relevant College Coursework Completed
  • One year of relevant work experience with knowledge of Quickbooks preferred
  • A high aptitude for math
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
  • Ability to be a team player and to assist in other tour operator functions during busy times

Marketing - Part-time Paid Internship - Los Angeles office

We are seeking a part-time intern in our Los Angeles office. The position reports to Director of Marketing and Creative Director. Responsibilities include: Create itinerary PDF's of new and existing travel journeys and format them to new style guide specs, and proof for correct information; Design collateral for sales team; Gather all images from all internal sources and catalog by name, license/rights, images size, description, and key words; Create html email offers and e-newsletter with guidance of Creative Director; Write/edit content for monthly e-newsletter (agent of the month, employee spotlight, special offers from destination managers); Social media-Facebook: Daily Post (writing, editing, pull graphics/images for post); Pull activity metrics on social media and help determine ways to shape future communications to promote increased social interaction; Other as needed asisstance in marketing department.

Candidate must have:

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Excellent Mac computer skills
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite a plus as well as WYSIWYG web tools
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Interest in a career in travel and marketing

Documents Administrator - Full or Part-time - Los Angeles office

We are looking for a friendly, dynamic, dedicated, articulate, and upbeat self-starter with administration experience to join our team of exceptional travel planners in our Los Angeles office. As a Documents Administrator you will provide support and customer service in our Documents Department while learning about our travel programs and operations. The Documents Administrator is primarily responsible for coordinating documentation for bookings, including pre and post-sales, operations, and post-trip for all bookings. Entry-level position with excellent potential for growth; an excellent starting point for a career in the travel industry.

Candidate must have:

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask
  • Excellent PC computer skills
  • Spanish-speaking a plus
  • International travel experience a plus
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
